Elima offers very high quality products. Browsing the store is fun. Shipping is quick and easy and carefully packaged. So far I've only had good experiences.
I would only like one point: slightly lower shipping costs to Austria.  (translated from german)

Thank you for the great review. We really do try ship our products for the best value. For each country, we work it out individually, look for and then offer the cheapest options. We don't charge any packing fees, although it is of course much more difficult to pack our pottery well than it is to pack, say, clothes or a book.
