Payment options :

  • Credit Card via Payment Gateway    

  • Online bank transfers via COMGATE gateway:       
    The condition is to have a EUR currency account in one of the following banks :

          
  • If you can't find your bank among the online bank transfers, you can choose the "other banks" method. The payment gateway will then display the necessary payment details for the payment such as the counterparty's account number, amount and variable symbol. After logging into your online banking, you enter the details displayed by the payment gateway. Once the payment details have been entered or retrieved via QR code, you can confirm the payment as usual. After payment, the customer is redirected back to the e-shop.

  • Cash on delivery
    Depending on the type of package, you will pay by cash or card when the carrier delivers the package or when you pick it up at the post office or pickup point. We offer this type of payment only for delivery to addresses in the Czech Republic !
  • Bank transfer
    If you choose the bank transfer payment option, we will send you an e-mail with all necessary informations for the payment. We will send the invoice together with the product(s) after the amount has been credited to our bank account.
  • In cash or by credit card when you collect the products personally in our shop in Znojmo

Delivery options in Czech republic :

  • Personal pick-up in our store in Znojmo
    You can pick up the package in person in our shop in Znojmo, where you can pay in cash or by credit card
  • Czech Post - Parcel delivery to hand
     
    Package will be delivered by the Czech Post the next working day after the shipment to the address you selected.
    On the day of shipment, you will be notified via an SMS or e-mail about the delivery date and time. You can change the time or place of delivery.
    If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be stored at the nearest post office and you will receive an SMS with pick-up options.
    If you fail to pick up the package within 7 days or you do not change the date and time of the delivery, it will automatically be sent back to our address.

    Zásilku vám doručí Česká pošta na vámi zvolenou adresu většinou již následující pracovní den po podání zásilky.
    Prostřednictvím SMS zprávy nebo e-mailu budete informováni o termínu doručení. Čas nebo místo doručení si můžete změnit.
    V případě neúspěšného doručení je balík uložen na nejbližší ukládací poště a bude vám poslána SMS zpráva o možnostech jeho vyzvednutí.
    Pokud si balík nevyzvednete během 7 dnů, případně nezměníte termín jeho doručení, bude automaticky odeslán zpět na naši adresu.
    Doporučujeme zásilku co nejdříve po převzetí otevřít a přesvědčit se, zda nedošlo k poškození obsahu. Případnou reklamaci je třeba vznést do dvou pracovních dní ode dne doručení.

    Nemusíte čekat na kurýra. Zásilku si můžete vyzvednout sami v sítu výdejních míst v době , kdy se to hodí vám v rámci jejich výdejní doby.
    Navíc je také možnost zvolit moderní způsob non-stop vyzvednutí v síti samoobslužných boxů, do kterých patří jak DPD boxy, tak i více než 1000 AlzaBoxů. Seznam všech více než 2 500 poboček celé výdejní sítě DPD najdete tady.

  • DPD Private - doručení kurýrem na vaši adresu



    Zásilku vám kurýr DPD doveze následující pracovní den od převzetí u nás. Když vás nezastihne doma, doručí vám ji následující den. Zásilku se pokusí doručit až 3x.
    V SMS/e-mailu dostanete informace o zásilce, přístupové údaje do aplikace DPD Kurýr a v den doručení vám DPD ještě upřesní interval pro doručení na 1 hodinu.
    V aplikaci DPD Kurýr můžete změnit adresu nebo termín doručení, zvolit osobní odběr v DPD Pickup, ve větších městech si vybrat čas doručení dopoledne/odpoledne/večer, poslat kurýrovi zprávu. Za dobírku můžete zaplatit v hotovosti nebo platební kartou.

We strongly recommend that you open the package as soon as you receive it and make sure the content was not damaged in any way. Any claims must be made within two working days of delivery.

International shipping:

For international shipping, we use services of the Czech Post or of alternative companies so that the shipping fee is always most favorable for you. 


All online orders to be delivered outside the European Union are free of tax (VAT) !
By default, the prices in our online store are displayed with taxes (VAT ).
For new (not registered) customers tax will be automatically deducted from order when you select shipping destination (delivery address) outside EU during check out.
For registered customers with „Primary (delivery) address“ outside EU in „Address Book“, all prices are displayed exclusive of taxes, whenever you are signed in !!
Free of VAT delivery means for you approximately 17% off !  

Damage caused during the delivery

Although we pack the products very thoroughly, the transport may cause damage.
When shipping within the Czech Republic, the products are always insured at minimum for the value of the products themselves. The liability for damage caused during and/or by the transport is therefore carried by the Czech Post, but it is necessary to prove that the products were properly packed, i.e., to present a complete package or at least photographs of the packaging.

How to proceed?

If the package is evidently damaged, we recommend that you do NOT accept the delivery!

If the damage is evident after unpacking, please follow the instructions of the Czech Post: ... “If after accepting the package the addressee finds out that the content of the package has been damaged or that the content has been lost, they can file a claim at any post office.” The warranty claim can be initiated no later than two working days after the date of receipt of the package.
The package must be presented in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e., including outer and inner packaging. The addressee can also support this claim with other credible evidence.”
We recommend that you take photographs of the damaged products as well as the packaging.
Inform us about such issue as soon as possible via phone call or e-mail.
Keep your proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) which is part of the delivery.
