Credit Card (push payment) 
After your order has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the payment gateway and a deposit invoice. You do not pay immediately when you order, but after we make sure your order is complete.

Cash on delivery
Based on the package type, you will pay in cash upon the delivery from the carrier or at the post office

Bank transfer
If you choose the bank transfer payment option, we will send you an e-mail with a deposit invoice with all information necessary for the payment. We will send the invoice together with the product(s) after the amount has been credited to our bank account.

Personal pick-up
You can pick up the package in person in our shop in Znojmo, where you can pay in cash or by credit card. 


Transport Options in the Czech Republic:

  • Personal pick-up in our store in Znojmo
  • Czech Post - Parcel delivery to hand

Package will be delivered by the Czech Post the next working day after the shipment to the address you selected.
On the day of shipment, you will be notified via an SMS or e-mail about the delivery date and time. You can change the time or place of delivery.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be stored at the nearest post office and you will receive an SMS with pick-up options.
If you fail to pick up the package within 7 days or you do not change the date and time of the delivery, it will automatically be sent back to our address.
If you select the cash-on-delivery option, you can pay only in cash.

We strongly recommend that you open the package as soon as you receive it and make sure the content was not damaged in any way. Any claims must be made within two working days of delivery.

Shipping cost in Czech rep.

The Czech Post fee for deliveries in the Czech Republic is 129 CZK for an upfront payment and 187 CZK for cash on delivery.
We do not charge any extra fee for packaging.

International shipping

For international shipping, we use services of the Czech Post or of alternative companies so that the shipping fee is always most favorable for you. The fees are determined individually based on the country and size of the package and the price will be shown on the receipt. To estimate the delivery costs, you can use the table below.

All online orders to be delivered outside the European Union are free of tax (VAT) !
By default, the prices in our online store are displayed with taxes (VAT ).

  • For new (not registered) customers tax will be automatically deducted from order when you select shipping destination (delivery address) outside EU during check out.
  • For registered customers with „Primary (delivery) address“ outside EU in „Address Book“, all prices are displayed exclusive of taxes, whenever you are signed in !!

Free of VAT delivery means for you approximately 17% off !  


Damage caused during the delivery

Although we pack the products very thoroughly, the transport may cause damage.
When shipping within the Czech Republic, the products are always insured at minimum for the value of the products themselves. The liability for damage caused during and/or by the transport is therefore carried by the Czech Post, but it is necessary to prove that the products were properly packed, i.e., to present a complete package or at least photographs of the packaging.

How to proceed?

If the package is evidently damaged, we recommend that you do NOT accept the delivery!

If the damage is evident after unpacking, please follow the instructions of the Czech Post: ... “If after accepting the package the addressee finds out that the content of the package has been damaged or that the content has been lost, they can file a claim at any post office.” The warranty claim can be initiated no later than two working days after the date of receipt of the package.
The package must be presented in the same condition in which it was delivered, i.e., including outer and inner packaging. The addressee can also support this claim with other credible evidence.”
We recommend that you take photographs of the damaged products as well as the packaging.
Inform us about such issue as soon as possible via phone call or e-mail.
Keep your proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) which is part of the delivery.
