Instructions for use
Only environmentally friendly paints and glazes are used during the production of dishes, which in combination with the high firing temperature of 1250 ° C gives it exceptional properties. It is heat-resistant, acid-resistant, impermeable. This makes it completely safe in contact with food and can be used in baking, microwave, hot air and steam ovens and washed in dishwashers. The high-quality glaze then causes it not to break and is also scratch-resistant. Thanks to smooth surface pottery is very easy to wash by hand.
In order for your purchased pottery to serve you well and for a long time, please follow the instructions below:
- If you remove the dishes from the refrigerator or even the freezer, allow it to warm up to room temperature before placing it in the oven. Gradually heat the pottery and its contents to the desired temperature.
- Do not pour cold water over the meat in the oven!
- Do not place hot pottery from the oven on a cold or wet surface, put it preferably on a wooden or cork mat.
- Large temperature shocks (eg pouring cold water on a still hot piece) can cause the glaze to crack or even rupture the entire dish.
- To heat food in the microwave, use the piece that best matches the portion size to avoid uneven heating of the piece.
When baking a higher layer of dough, eg a cake, we recommend placing it in a cold or slightly heated oven so that the pan and the dough are heated evenly and the dough does not become baked on the surface and still raw.
Pottery must not come into direct fire and must not be used on electric hobs!
